yummy receipes - easy to do (1. Mai 2008)

This one was my first japanese cook-book and i can say i'm very pleased with the results i've got. Easy instructions, many receipes AND tasty food. Exactly what i whished for - even if you're hardly a "master of cooking"!

Fantastic Cookbook (18. August 2007)

The recipes are simple to follow and at the same time they are nutritous. This book has certainly meets my expectations. Now, I am able to prepare quick lunches for my husband to bring to work. I just need to get some Bento boxes to round them up!

Just the Best of Quick and Easy Japanese Cooking (25. April 2005)

If you ever wanted to try quick and easy Japanese cooking, just refer to this book. Preparing lunch boxes necessarily means to keep it straight and simple, so you will not be overwhelmed with the usual ritual of Japanese cooking that is described in many cooking books. It is definitely not "kaiseki ryouri" - Japanese high cuisine, which you should rather try in good restaurants.
I can just recommend you this book as a basic of profound Japanese homestyle cooking.
