A combination like this deserves at least 1 viewing (15. August 2003)
(I hope the readers here understand English.) Unhappily, this movie is only available, to the best of my knowledge, on German video. It is known that Bob Hope disliked the film to the extent that he would not allow it to be realeased in the United States. The film runs along the same lines as the American classic, "Ninothcka," starring Greta Garbo, though I doubt that one would say that this film approaches "Ninothcka" in quality. The wonderful aspect to this film is, of course, the very odd teaming of Hepburn and Hope. I do not believe that a fan of American Cinema can help but be a little curious. Enjoy.
